FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION JR. MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Specialization:

He/she shall be responsible for providing financial and administrative support under the direction and guidance of the Finance Consultant and supporting the General Manager, Senior Leadership and Sales Staff in their work. This includes providing effective and efficient management of IGI’s finances, including aspects of budget setting and monitoring, procurement, income receipt, invoicing and VAT processing and claims procedures and supervision of the daily accounting procedures and recording of all financial transactions and accurately on the financial software.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Chart of Accounts and the accounting system
  • Prepares budget and monitors expenditures against budget
  • Assists in preparation and audit of annual accounts
  • Processes payroll in a timely manner
  • Supervises day to day financial transactions to ensure that these tasks are carried out according to corresponding procedures
  • Prepares financial statements with the guidance of the Finance Consultant
  • Liaises with government regulators, e.g., BIR, local government, etc., to ensure updates and compliance to regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 3 years work experience, preferably in the sales industry
  • With at least 1-year experience in leading or managing a team
  • Has working knowledge of government regulations particularly in business set-up
  • Working experience in use of accounting software, must be proficient in Excel
  • Strong communication skills, self-starter, organized, with delegation skills

BOOKKEEPER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Specialization:

He/she shall be responsible for creation of financial transactions and financial reports from that information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure accuracy.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records of all daily financial transactions
  • Monitors office supply levels and reorder as necessary
  • Tags and monitors fixed assets
  • Pays supplier invoices and other payables in a timely manner
  • Monitors all payables and compliance with loan contracts
  • Issues invoices to customers
  • Ensures that receivables are collected promptly
  • Records cash receipts and make bank deposits
  • Conducts monthly reconciliation of ever bank account
  • Maintains petty cash fund
  • Assists in preparation of financial statements
  • Maintains orderly accounting filling system
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to management

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of B.S. Accounting
  • With or without work experience
  • Self-starter, organized, good communication skills
  • Proficient in excel, working knowledge of accounting software an advantage

SALES ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Specialization:

The person shall be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. He/she will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. He/she will also research sales competition and feedback to management.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complains to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory

Job Qualifications:

  • With or without experience
  • Preferably college graduate or its equivalent
  • Resident of South Manila (Alabang, Parañaque, Taguig) or east Manila (Rizal, Marikina)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques, an advantage
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

OPERATIONS SR. ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Specialization:

The person shall be responsible for sourcing and procuring IGI’s good, materials and services. The person must ensure that these products and services are secured at cost, quality and delivery standards. The person is further responsible for ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location at the right quantity to the quality required at the most cost-efficient way to the distributors and customers.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plans, manages and evaluates logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers
  • Verifies inbound and outbound deliveries as meeting specifications and accept or return them
  • Initiates purchase orders for suppliers and products. Maintains close coordination with sales and operations management to ensure timely arrival and distribution of products
  • Assures that product is distributed to customers in a timely and safe manner
  • Delivers solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements
  • Secures and analyzes quotations, negotiates prices and terms with suppliers, and recommends suppliers with respect to cost, quality and timely delivery and competitiveness
  • Manages warehouse operations to ensure cleanliness, safety and overall compliance with regulations and tariffs or taxes
  • Ensures the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate in business, management courses
  • At least 2 years work experience in logistics
  • Proficient in MS Software
  • Excellent in attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to maintain good relationships internally and externally
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
